LOW NET: 1st Place: Santa Clara Fairways - 336.5 pts.
Runner-up: Summitpointe - 335.5 pts.


GROSS: 1st Place: West Valley – 380.5 pts.
Runnerup: Shoreline – 379 pts.

(Perpetual trophies, placques & medallions will be presented at the SC County Championship Tournament July 31- Aug 1…make certain your team attends!)

Both the Low Net and Low Gross races had a most exciting finish in today's final round of Team Play....in 2001 & 2004 two points separated the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Low Gross category;   today it was only a
1 and 1/2 point difference with West Valley edging 4-time defending Champ Shoreline 380.5 to 379 !!!   Congratulations to both clubs for a well played season. Santa Clara WGC held onto its 3rd place finish and Summitpointe moved up a notch to 4th place.
Now,  the Low Net race was even more exciting with the top two teams, Palo Alto,hanging onto 1st since the 5th round, and Summitpointe playing each other.  Then, behold,lil ole Santa Clara Fairways sneaked through and moved into 1st place with 336.5 pts.  Summitpointe took 2nd with 335.5 and Paly was third with 334.5....can't get much closer than those scores! Coyote Creek managed to fend off its opponents and held on to its 4th place spot. Check out how close to each other all of these net scores ended up...this was really a fun roller coaster event for all.
