Second place accolades go to:    Palo Alto (net)  West Valley (gross)
Third place congrats go to: West Valley (net) and Santa Clara Women's GC (gross)


Please note that there were some very close, interesting scores:  such as 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th places in the net scoring  and 6th and 7th places in the gross scoring. These could have been anyone's going into the final round.   Palo Alto certainly gave the small, but mighty Summitpointe team a run in the final stretch.
Though we can't all lay a claim to a first, second or third place standing,  we hope that any challenges which presented themselves in the various  matches provided your players with an enthusiastic approach to each new match.  And, it really does feel good when you come out on top--even if it is just for a few holes-- makes the whole thing worth while!    Again, congratulations to all who played and hope you all enjoyed the 2005  season.
